To discuss the on-goings of the European Recovery and Resilience Facility we will greet Eulalia Rubio, Senior Researcher in economic affairs at the Jacques Delors Institute (Paris). Nearly a year since the European Council agreed on a historic support to the Covid-hit economy and as the phase of submitting national recovery plans is drawing to a close, Eulalia Rubio will discuss the challenges that lay ahead regarding the implementation of these Recovery and Resilience Plans.

How to ensure a swift but effective execution of the allocated funds in just five years? Which measures will be in place to prevent fraud and corruption?
