Eulalia Rubio is Senior Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute. Her research and publications focus particularly on the EU budget, EU cohesion policies and the reform of Economic and Monetary Union. Eulalia holds a Ph D degree in Political Science from the European University Institute (Florence) and a Master’s degree in social and public policies from the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona). Before joining the Institute she worked as associated professor in comparative politics at the Pompeu Fabra University. From 2014 to 2017 she was also associated professor in European economic governance at the European School of Political and Social Sciences of the Catholic University of Lille (ESPOL). She is member of the Steering Board in charge of monitoring the performance and evaluation of the European Social Fund in France (Comité de Pilotage de l’évaluation du FSE).
