The EU’s neighbourhood as an opportunity?

The first seminar of the project “Think Global – Act European”, focused on the EU’s external action, took place in Rome on 11 October 2012. Today we publish the synthesis of this seminar.

Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute presents the synthesis of the first seminar of the project Think Global – Act European IV, focused on the EU’s external action, which took place in Rome at the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) on October 11th 2012. The seminar assembled the experts of working group IV, dedicated to the EU relations with its neighbourhood.

This brief synthesis regroups salient points identified throughout the discussions, before the publication of a series of policy papers in January 2013 and the final report “Thinking Strategically about the EU’s External Action” in March 2013, under the direction of Elvire Fabry, Senior Researcher at Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute.
