À quelques mois de l’élection du prochain Parlement européen et du renouvellement de l’exécutif communautaire, l’Institut Jacques Delors examine, comme il le fait régulièrement, l’état des opinions publiques dans les États membres vis-à-vis de l’Union européenne. Il retrace les évolutions enregistrées depuis début 2007, avant le déclenchement de la crise financière et économique.
Daniel Debomy, chercheur associé à l’Institut Jacques Delors, fondateur d’OPTEM et du réseau European Qualitative Network, s’appuie notamment sur les résultats des enquêtes Eurobaromètre Standard de la Commission européenne, du Parlemètre du Parlement européen, de divers investigations qualitatives menées depuis plusieurs décennies et d’une enquête récente de la Fondation Bertelsmann pour éclairer la signification des données chiffrées.
