Joschka Fischer, former German vice-chancellor and minister of foreign affairs takes a stand on German leadership, the refugee crisis, and Angela Merkel’s decisions during our 2015 European Steering Committee, which gathered numerous European experts and personalities in Paris on 23 and 24 October 2015 .
